This Privacy Policy explains how Oryelovia Team collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Oryelovia app and related services (the “Service”).

  • Customer support messages and related content (including attachments you send to support)

1.3 Photos and Media

Depending on what you choose to do in the app, we may process photos you import or capture and the edited outputs you generate.

  • Face and biometric data: We do not perform facial recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers for identification purposes.
  • Default storage: Generated wallpapers are stored locally on your device by default (unless you choose to store them elsewhere).
  • One-time processing: Where feasible, inputs are used only for the one-time generation/processing you request.
  • Not for training/marketing: We do not use your photos for advertising, marketing, or model training.

1.4 Location Information (Optional)

If you grant location permission, we may collect approximate and/or precise location information. You can change permissions in your device settings at any time.

1.5 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information (device model, OS version, language, time zone)
  • App usage information and analytics (feature usage, interaction events)
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data
  • Log data (timestamps, performance data, error codes)

1.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies (Web/Embedded Content)

If the Service includes web-based content (for example, sign-in screens, help pages, or embedded web views), we (or our service providers) may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and help secure and operate the Service.

1.7 Optional Cloud Processing (User-Controlled Uploads)

Some features may allow you to upload images and/or text to our servers for processing when you explicitly choose to do so (for example, applying certain visual effects or generating previews).

  • Processing occurs on servers controlled by Oryelovia Team.
  • We do not share your uploaded content with any third party for their own purposes.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Uploaded inputs are deleted promptly after processing is completed, unless retention is required to provide the specific functionality you requested (for example, if you choose to save outputs) or required by law.
  • You control whether to upload content and whether to generate content using these features.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including wallpaper preview, applying effects, saving/sharing outputs)
  • Personalize your experience and remember preferences
  • Improve the Service, develop new features, and perform analytics
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies

3) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary and in line with this policy:

  • With your consent (for example, when you share a wallpaper using your device’s share options)
  • With service providers (processors) who help us operate the Service, under contractual protections
  • For legal, safety, and rights reasons (to comply with law or protect users and the Service)
  • For business transfers (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to applicable law

We do not sell personal information. When we share information, we do so on a minimum-necessary basis.

4) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

6) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Account information: retained for the duration of your account.
  • Account deletion: after you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days (unless legally required to keep it longer).
  • Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Customer support content: retained for up to 6 months.
  • Optional cloud processing uploads: deleted promptly after processing as described above.

7) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

8) Children and Age Limits

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
